Currently, some 50 households within the municipality are actively making their homes more sustainable, such as renewing windows and window frames, installing a heat pump and installing green roofs.

Since 2020, 1,862 counselling sessions have been carried out. Nineteen coaches are now active at Energiek Alphen aan den Rijn.
