The Customer Journey of Energiek Alphen

Energiek Alphen aan den Rijn aims to inform, inspire and guide residents of the municipality to live as sustainably as possible. We call this guidance: the Customer Journey. As a resident, you decide for yourself which measures you want to take, the starting point, the final destination and the route to get there. The Energy Coach from Energiek Alphen travels with you as a guide and offers practical support.

About the starting point: this could be the energy advice you received from Energiek Alphen after an energy consultation. You can request such advice on the website (www.energiekalphenaandenrijn.nlAn Energy Coach will visit your home to assess and discuss which sustainable measures you could implement.

What steps do you take next? This is where the Customer Journey begins. Suppose you want cavity wall insulation because a heat scan has shown that a wall is letting in a lot of cold. Which company do you approach? Which contractors can you request a quote from and who will give you the best offer in terms of value for money? But how do you assess the different quotes if you don't have the necessary knowledge yourself? Next questions: is your project eligible for a subsidy? And could you carry out this work together with your neighbours, because then you can share various costs and probably also buy more cheaply.

As a resident, it is important for you to be able to make choices that do justice to your wishes and your investment possibilities.

Energiek Alphen helps you find clear answers to these questions. In the coming months, we will be working with the Alphen business association VOA to build up a database of companies that are happy to assist residents with the measures that need to be implemented. These include technical installation companies and contractors, for example. They demonstrably meet various quality criteria in terms of professionalism, customer focus and transparency.

Energiek Alphen also provides expert guidance during the (joint) purchase of products/installations and materials and during the implementation phase of the Customer Journey. We also provide support with subsidy applications and/or the financing of measures. This ensures that, as a homeowner, you are always able to make the right, well-considered choices.
