We only process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). Who are we?<\/h4>\n<p>Energie Co\u00f6peratie Energiek Alphen aan den Rijn is an alliance of members who jointly generate, share and manage sustainable energy.<\/p>\n<p>We are located at Bergmolen 81 2406 KW Alphen aan den Rijn and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 62310194. What data do we collect and why?<\/h4>\n<p>To optimise energy sharing between our members, we collect the following personal data:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name, address and contact details (e-mail and phone)<\/li>\n<li>Membership number<\/li>\n<li>Payment details (for invoicing and payments)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Energy-related data<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Energy consumption and generation (e.g. via smart meters)<\/li>\n<li>Times of consumption and generation<\/li>\n<li>Other data needed to optimise energy distribution and management within the cooperative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical data<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data from the connected energy system (such as solar panels, heat pumps, charging stations, )<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Purposes of processing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Optimisation of energy distribution and use between members<\/li>\n<li>Analysis and reporting (e.g. insight into sustainability goals)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3.   Legal basis for processing<\/h4>\n<p>We process your data on the basis of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Legitimate interest: <\/strong>Such as optimisation of energy management within the cooperative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>4.   How do we protect your data?<\/h4>\n<p>We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Encryption of data transmission (e.g. via SSL)<\/li>\n<li>Restricting data access to authorised employees<\/li>\n<li>Regular security audits and system updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>5.   How long do we keep your data?<\/h4>\n<p>Your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is collected. With whom do we share your data?<\/h4>\n<p>We share your data with third parties only if necessary for the performance of our services, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suppliers of energy management systems<\/li>\n<li>Administrative or technical service providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We enter into processor agreements with these parties to ensure that they treat your data with care and security.<\/p>\n<h4>7.
